Visa Invitation Letter
Visitors from visa-required countries may apply for an official invitation letter, which will be sent via email.

Print your visa invitation letter and prepare all embassy-required documents for your visa application, and follow local consulate visa guidelines.

Invitation letter applications open 3 months prior to the exhibition and close on January 31, 2027.
For specific entry visa regulations, consult your local Chinese Embassy or Consulate.
Kindly download the Visa Invitation Letter Application Form , fill it out and send it back to us by email. We will issue and email your invitation letter within 3 working days upon receipt.
