When you reach the ticket gate, position yourself in front of the QR code reader. Hold the QR code on the front of your badge directly in front of the scanner, making sure it is centered and within range. The scanner will beep or display a green light to confirm that the QR code has been successfully read, and the gate will open for you. If it fails to scan, try adjusting the angle or distance, or seek assistance from nearby staff.

STAY IN BEIJING - SETTING UP WECHAT AND WECHAT PAY
Set Up WeChat on Your Mobile Phone:
1) Download and Install: Download the WeChat app from the App Store (iOS), or Google Play Store (Android). Other devices can visit the Official WeChat Website: www.wechat.com.
2) Create an Account:
- Tap on “Sign Up” on the welcome screen.
- Enter your details: Choose your region and enter your phone number. Set a password and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Complete your profile.
- Verify your account: You will receive a verification code via SMS. Enter the code to verify your phone number.
3) Set your preferred language:
- Go to Me: Tap on the “Me” icon at the bottom-right corner
- Open Settings: Tap on “Settings”
- Select General: Tap on “General”
- Select Language: Tap on “Language” to see the list of available languages.
- Confirmation: Confirm your selection, and WeChat will switch to the chosen language.
4) Start Using WeChat:
Set Up “WeChat Pay”:
1) Open WeChat: Launch the WeChat app on your mobile device.
2) Go to Wallet: Tap on the “Me” icon at the bottom-right corner, then select “Wallet” from the menu.
3) Set up Wallet: Tap on “Set Up Wallet” and follow the on-screen instructions.
4) Verify You Identity: You will need to provide some personal information. This step is necessary to comply with regulations.
5) Link Your Bank Card: Enter your bank card details to link it to your WeChat Pay account. You can use both international and Chinese bank cards.
6) Complete Setup: Follow the remaining prompts to complete the setup process.
7) Making Payments by “WeChat Pay” Code: Press and hold the WeChat icon for 2 seconds to bring up the payment link. Tap on “Money” to present the payment code. Present it to the Payee. Once your WeChat Pay is set up, you can use it for various transactions, including making payments, transferring money, and more.

6. All participants must adhere to the rules and regulations established by the organizer and the exhibition center. These guidelines will be available at the entrance of the exhibition hall. Attendees may also inquire with the organizer for further information about the rules and regulations.
